Mutation (renovated) submission and submission cloning rules

 

The application for mutation will be submitted to the Assistant Commissioner (Land).

The following documents should be submitted with mutation application.

(A) Applicable cases: 1. Procedure and copies of required documents. 2. Warrant certificate 3 HaidaLil's copy and all records or falsified copy of the Verdict Fate. 4. After the latest survey, the whole / photocopy of the PIA / PIT document

5. Land Development Tax Payment 6. Cloth naka 01 copies with details of the specification.

(B) Mutation charges:

(A) Application fee for the application fee = 5 / - (Rupees Five)

(B) Notification fee will be charged @ 2 / - (two taka) (for non-residents 4) for more than four people, more than Tk 0.50.

(C) Record Correction Fee = 200 / - (Two hundred) Taka

(D) Mutation mutation fee fee = 43 / - (thirty-three) money

If the total = 250 / - (two hundred and fifty) + more than four people, the notice fee will be refunded at Tk 0.50 per person for each.

Contact the Assistant Commissioner (Land) / Upazila Nirbahi Officer / Revenue Deputy Collector / Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) or the Deputy Commissioner if the mutation case is not settled within 45 days from the day of submission of the ill-advised person and if any additional charges are mentioned, please contact the Assistant Commissioner (Land) / Upazila Nirbahi Officer / Revenue Deputy Collector.
